  • Assess the location you want to shoot in. Ensure the venue is clean, organised, and aligns with your vision.

  • Prepare a list of essential shots and angles to cover. We’ll capture what we feel is right but a list will always help us achieve your vision.

Anyone participating in the shoot should wear professional, brand-appropriate attire. Solid colours are preferred and try to avoid busy patterns or large logos (especially big brands) unless they are part of the brand identity. Outfits should reflect the company’s image and the nature of the event.

The length of the shoot varies depending on the scope of the shoot. A simple headshot session may take fifteen minutes to an hour. A comprehensive event or multiple locations may require anywhere from a half day to a full day or even more.

We can bring all the equipment for the type of shoot required. Typically we will always have some form of light with us. This will range from a small on-camera flash to a full studio flash.

We also odder drone photography for a unique angle on PR photography.

Photos are typically delivered digitally unless requested otherwise. Our preferred method of delivery is Dropbox where we usually deliver two folders, one with images saved for print use and one for images saved for web use.

We base our costs on an hourly rate with an addition to editing and delivery, which we quote for at the time. Send us a detailed email of the type of shoot you require and we will send you an initial quote.

We always colour correct, crop/perfect composition, and retouch distractions to ensure the final images are at their optimal.

Regularly updating images to keep your visual content current and relevant is a good idea. Any major changes in the company, such as a rebrand, new leadership, or any significant events, should prompt an update.
